How does the free call work and what is it for?

It's a free call lasting up to 30 minutes, during which we can get to know each other better and delve into the details of your needs. This allows us to tailor our service more closely to your requirements and provide a customized quote for you. Once we receive the signed quote and agree on the various delivery terms, we will begin working on the project you entrust to us. If necessary, we also have a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) template available, but we are open to signing one provided by you.

We offer consecutive, simultaneous, telephone, and negotiation interpreting, as well as remote interpreting services through online platforms.

Simply contact us through the forms on our website, providing your details (name, surname, company, phone number, email, etc.) and specifying the details of what you need. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible, providing a quote with all the necessary information.

Do you offer interpreting services both onsite and remotely?

Yes, we offer both onsite and remote interpreting services, utilizing modern technologies to ensure smooth and effective communication.

What are the payment terms?

Typically, we issue an invoice upon completion of a translation project or at the end of an event, with a payment due date of 30 days, within which the initially agreed upon compensation must be paid. For particularly large translation projects, we require an advance payment of at least 20% of the total quote.
